Each 10ml of Nayopayam Kashayam contains:

Bala (Sida cordifolia) 

Jiraka (Cuminum cyminum) 

Nagara (Zingiber officinale) 

These ingredients are combined with water, boiled, and reduced to a concentrated decoction.

📏 Dosage & Administration
