Key Ingredients (Six-Herb Formula)
Each herb contributes approximately equal proportions:

Musta – Cyperus rotundus

Usheera (Ushira / Ambu) – Vetiveria zizanioides / Plectranthus vettiveroides

Chandana – Santalum album (Sandalwood)

Udeechya / Hrivera – other aromatic herbs (vetiverderived)

Dosage & Preparation

Mix 5–10 g powder in 100–150 ml boiling water; steep ~5 minutes, strain, and drink

Consume twice daily or as directed by an Ayurvedic practitioner

Classic Paniya preparation: 1 part powder boiled with 64 parts water and reduced to half volume; 100 ml dose is common
