🔷 Abhraloha Tablet

• Form: Proprietary herbo-mineral tablet combining Loha Bhasma (iron ash) and Abhraka Bhasma (purified mica ash) as primary ingredients.

• Pack Size: 30 tablets.

🌿 Key Ingredients (per tablet)

• Loha Bhasma – ~125 mg

• Abhraka Bhasma – ~50 mg

• Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) – ~100 mg

• Amalaki, Haritaki, Bibhitaki (Triphala) – ~10 mg each

• Trikatu group: Shunthi, Maricha, Pippali – ~10 mg each

• Vidanga, Chitrak, Musta – ~10 mg each

Abhraloha is traditionally used as:

• A haematinic (natural iron supplement) and Raktavardhaka (blood-strengthening tonic)

• A supportive therapy during anemia, menstrual fatigue, general debility, and pregnancy/lactation-related weakness

• A liver and digestion-supportive tonic used in Pandu (anemia), Jaundice, chronic fever, indigestion, and Agni-mandya (weak digestion)

• Known to reduce hair fall and improve vitality, especially in women. 

📋 Usage & Dosage

• Adults: 1–2 tablets, twice daily after food, taken with milk or lukewarm water. Duration: up to 1–2 months or as advised by an Ayurvedic practitioner. 

• Children, pregnant or lactating women: Use only under medical supervision.

⚠️ Safety & Side Effects

• Generally well tolerated with no significant side effects reported. Occasionally, mild gastric discomfort may occur in sensitive individuals.

• Precautions: Since it contains mineral bhasmas, it should be used under supervision. Elderly, children, and pregnant/lactating women should consult a qualified physician. Do not exceed the prescribed dosage or duration.
