🧪 Ingredients & Key Effects

This formulation includes:

• Suvarna (Gold) Bhasma (3 parts), Roupya (Silver) Bhasma (2), Abhraka (Mica) (2), Pravala (Coral) (3), Mukta (Pearl) (3), Loha (Iron) Bhasma (5), and Rasasindoor (7 parts), all processed with Kumari (Aloe vera) juice.

These collectively act as a Vatashamak Rasayana with Balya (strengthening) and Hrudayasanrakshak (cardiac-protective) properties. The formulation is commonly used in managing neurological disorders (like paralysis, facial palsy) and cardiovascular issues such as arrhythmia or angina.

🩺 Indications & Dosage

Indicated for:

• Paralysis (Pakshaghata), neuralgias, neuropathies, tremors

• Vata disorders like Sandhigata Vata, Indriya Daurbalya, Smriti Nash (memory loss)

• Pitta conditions such as migraine, vertigo, digestive disturbances

• Cardiovascular concerns: palpitations, hypertension, feeble pulse, edema, dyspnea, cardiomegaly symptoms.

Typical dosage:

• 1–2 tablets, once or twice daily, taken with honey, cow’s ghee, Dashamoolarishta, Maharasnadi Kadha, lukewarm water, or other Ayurvedic anupanas, as advised by a physician.
