This decoction generally contains the following potent herbs:

• Neeli (Indigofera tinctoria) – Anti-poison properties

• Nirgundi (Vitex negundo) – Anti-inflammatory and analgesic

• Lashuna (Allium sativum, garlic) – Antimicrobial and circulatory stimulant

• Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) – Immune balancer and stress-reliever

• Chandana (Santalum album) – Cools and soothes the skin

• Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra) – Supports skin healing and immunity

• Kushta (Saussurea lappa) – Anti-inflammatory, antibacterial

• Pippali (Piper longum) and Maricha (Piper nigrum) – Enhance digestion and herbal absorption
