Indications & Uses

Laxsen Capsule is indicated for:

• Chronic constipation

• Constipation during postoperative or non-ambulatory periods

• Pre-radiographic bowel preparation

• Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

• Piles-related constipation

Key Ingredients & Their Actions

• Sona Mukhi (Cassia angustifolia) – Potent natural purgative; alleviates constipation, offers antispasmodic and antifungal benefits

• Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra) – Carminative; eases digestive discomfort and relieves gas

• Shunthi (Zingiber officinale) – Enhances digestion, combats bloating, and increases nutrient absorption

• Ela (Elettaria cardamomum) – Improves digestion, alleviates nausea, and stimulates gastric secretions for efficient digestion

Dosage & Duration

• Recommended Dose: 1–2 capsules at bedtime with sufficient water

• For more immediate relief, taking 2 capsules one hour before sleep, followed by plenty of warm water the next morning is advised

• Duration: Typically used for about 6–8 weeks, then gradually tapered off over the next 6 weeks under physician guidance
