Entostal Tablets are an Ayurvedic anti-diarrheal and anti-dysenteric formulation designed to:

• Control diarrhoea and dysentery

• Reduce stool frequency and excessive fluid loss due to their astringent action

• Improve gastrointestinal function

Ingredients (Per Tablet)

According to Ayurmed Info and other sources, each coated tablet contains extracts of:

• Kutaja (Holarrhena antidysenterica) – 600 mg

• Shyonaka (Oroxylum indicum) – 500 mg

• Daruharidra (Berberis aristata) – 300 mg

• Svarnapatri (Cassia angustifolia) – 150 mg

• Bilva (Aegle marmelos) – 100 mg

• Vidanga (Embelia ribes) – 50 mg

• Bhrungaraja (Eclipta alba) – 50 mg

• Mocharasa (Bombax malabaricum) – 25 mg

• Shunthi (Zingiber officinale) – 25 mg

• Katuki (Picrorhiza kurroa) – 5 mg

• Rasaparpati – 10 mg

These potent herbs have complementary properties:

• Kutaja, Daruharidra, and Musta (in syrup form) bring astringent effects to control fluid loss

• Mocharasa and Bilva ease intestinal discomfort

• Shunthi, Shyonaka, and Dadima twak (in syrup) exhibit anti-amoebic and antibacterial activity

• Rasaparpati helps restore gastrointestinal balance
