Lokamayahara Kasturi Pills are a classic Ayurvedic proprietary remedy, formulated by P. Venkatachal Pandit around 1900, and now manufactured by Sree Sitaraghava Vaidyasala in Mysore. These pills are also known as Kasturi Goli or Vayu Gulika, and are used traditionally for digestive and respiratory issues.

• Uses / Indications: Relief from cough, nasal disorders, indigestion, bloating, weak digestion (agnimāndya), digestive and respiratory ailments, and general immunity boost.

• Typical Dosage: Adults — 3 to 4 pills, 3 to 4 times a day. Children — 1 to 2 pills, 2 to 3 times a day. Can be chewed or taken with honey after powdering.
