• Sesame Oil, Mustard Oil, Castor Oil – Penetrative carrier oils with warming properties

• Gambhari (Gmelina arborea) – Joint support

• Triphala – Detoxifying and nourishing

• Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa) – Anti-inflammatory, supports fluid balance

• Ashwagandha – Stress-adapting, with rejuvenating properties
