Karutha Gulika is a classical Ayurvedic preparation designed primarily for external application to alleviate headache (Siro Rujam), and sometimes used in managing mild nasal congestion or pediatric symptoms. It’s meant to be adhered to the forehead using lubricants such as milk or castor oil, not ingested.
