Key Ingredients

• Trikatu blend: Black pepper, Ginger, Long pepper (3 parts)

• Ajmoda (Celery seeds) – 1 part

• Sendha Namak (Rock salt) – 1 part

• Safed Jeera (White cumin) – 1 part

• Kala Jeera (Black cumin) – 1 part

• Hingu (Asafoetida) – 1 part

Dosage Guidance

• Children:

  • Below 5 years: 250–500 mg

  • Above 5 years: 500–1000 mg

• Maximum: Up to 6 g per day in divided doses

• Caution: Avoid in cases of aggravated Pitta; may cause burning or heartburn symptoms if dosed
