Arnil is an herbal/Ayurvedic formulation intended to help with joint pain, muscle stiffness, sprains & injuries. It aims to improve joint strength and flexibility, reduce inflammation and soreness in musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Ingredients

• Boswellia serrata (commonly used for its anti-inflammatory effects) 

• Cedrus deodara 

• Zingiber officinalis (ginger), which aids in reducing pain and inflammation 

 Dosage

• The pack is a strip of 10 capsules. 

• Exact dosage should be as per instruction by a physician, but often such capsules are taken with water after food. (Note: I couldn’t find a reliable standard dosage in all sources, so medical advice necessary.)

Cautions / Considerations

• As with any herbal anti-inflammatory product, there may be risk of digestive upset, allergic reactions.
