Gulma Kalanal Rasa is a classical Ayurvedic herbo-mineral preparation from Unjha, traditionally used for managing gulma (abdominal lumps, gas, colic, indigestion, and related disorders). It balances Vata and Kapha dosha and supports digestive and abdominal health.
