Dhootapapeshwar Arjunarishta is an Ayurvedic fermented tonic (Arishta) made primarily from Terminalia arjuna bark, along with dry grapes (draksha), Madhuca flowers (Madhuka), Dhataki flowers, and jaggery (guda) as a base. It is produced by Shree Dhootapapeshwar Ltd.
